1. What if I call in to receive an address or phone number and it takes longer than a minute?
All calls made specifically for the retrieval of a phone number or address where the name of the person or address is supplied will be treated as a 411 information call. Information calls are charged no more than 2 minutes off of the plan as long as only a phone number and address are needed. If the customer requests more information on the same subject and the call deviates from a phone number or address lookup, the call will be charged as a regular research question.

2. So the service costs me about a buck every month?
Yes. To have access to “No More 411”, it costs just $1.99 a month and $0.69 for every minute of usage.

3. When I call the service, am I going to speak to a live person or a recording?
You will always be greeting by an English speaking United States based concierge.

4. If I am calling for a particular phone number, does No More 411 have the ability to connect me to that number?
Yes, we can instantly connect you to that number at no additional charge.

5. Do I get charged by you if I am given incorrect information by one of your agents?
Rarely does this occur, but if by chance this happens, you will not be charged for any minutes as long as you notify us of the error within 15 days from the date of the original request.

6. Is my information kept private and secure?
No More 411 keeps the personal information of any of its members or Users, whether current or past in the strictest of confidence. No More 411 neither shares nor distributes lists or information to any other services or companies. All queries or requests compiled by No More 411 will remain in the company security archives. Although No More 411 will take every reasonable precaution to safeguard its database and compiled customer lists etc., No More 411, its agents or any of its affiliates cannot be held liable for any personal information being publicly released by way of theft, piracy, hacking into the No More 411 server or any other illegal means.

7. How can I make sure that you are not spending more time than is necessary to handle my query?
Our virtual personal assistants are highly skilled individuals and utilize the latest in technology to ensure that no time is being wasted with respect to your request. Should you have any concerns prior to asking a query about the amount of time being spent, it is your responsibility to notify the agent that you do not want them to spend more than a specific amount of time on the request.

8. Do your virtual personal assistants pick up the phone right away?
We usually pick up the phone within the first three rings. However, there are times during both peak and off-peak hours when business is busier than usual. In those instances, the next available agent will answer your call as soon as possible. You also have the option to press the # key and leave your request on our system and a concierge will get back to you immediately.
